What is the refund policy for the workshop registration?
We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to accommodate our participants as much as possible. Here's our refund policy:
(1) Registration Transfer: If you are unable to attend the workshop you registered for, you have the option to hold your registration for the next scheduled workshop. Simply notify us in advance, and we will transfer your registration accordingly.
(2) Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your registration, you may do so up to 7 days before the workshop start date. In this case, you will be eligible for a full refund of your registration fee.
(3) Cancellation within 7 Days: If you need to cancel your registration within 7 days leading up to the workshop, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided.
(4) No Show: If you do not show up for the workshop without prior notice or cancellation, you will not be entitled to any refund.
How can I request a refund or transfer my registration?
To request a refund or transfer your registration, please contact our customer support team via support@mybestself.fit. Provide your registration details, including your name and the workshop date you initially registered for. Our team will guide you through the process and assist you with the necessary steps.
Can I transfer my registration multiple times if I cannot attend multiple workshops?
Our policy allows for one transfer of registration to the next scheduled workshop. If you are unable to attend the workshop you transferred to, we recommend contacting our customer support team to discuss your situation further and explore available options.
What happens if the workshop is rescheduled or canceled by the organizers?
In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel the workshop, we will promptly notify all registered participants. You will be given the option to transfer your registration to the new date or receive a full refund of your registration fee.
